How do you use Aldebaran on a daily basis?
I use Aldebaran to prepare patient files before consultations. The questionnaire summarises their requests and informs me about the latest examinations performed or about their history, especially for new patients seen in an emergency.
Patients can also send us their latest examination directly when it is not yet available at the practice.
What is the impact on the practice's organisation?
The forms completed beforehand allow us to anticipate consultations that are likely to take more time, to plan for any potential delays, and to adjust the duration of appointments on a case-by-case basis.
What does this freed-up time bring you?
Aldebaran frees up my administrative time in favour of medical time: I can further assist my general practitioner during ECGs, the fitting of sleep apnea devices, or dermatological surgery procedures.
It is an assistant to both the medical assistant and the doctor: it helps to better understand patient requests, optimise the consultation, and improve the care of our patient base.
