I am Dr. Victor Vincent, a private general practitioner, and I care for patients of all ages. I also work as a supervising physician and regularly welcome medical interns.

For example, it allows me to avoid scheduling an urgent consultation immediately after an appointment for significant psychological disorders or a complex reason. Conversely, when a situation is identified as simple in advance, it allows me to free up time slots more easily for emergencies.

In my role as a supervisor, I welcome residents with a progressive move toward autonomy, under direct supervision (I remain present during the consultation). The software allows me to anticipate the complexity of clinical situations and to assign simple consultations to the resident as a priority, which makes learning safer and promotes gradual autonomy.

What is the value for prevention and patient follow-up?

The tool is also very useful for identifying and catching up on preventive actions during busy consultations, particularly in screening (gynecological cancers, colorectal cancer) or vaccination. The integrated questionnaires, such as depression or anxiety scores, help structure care, adjust follow-up, and also facilitate billing of specific fees.
